You can try these methods, I hope one of these will work for you.

1. Clear cache data of Camera app
Open the settings and tap on Application manager. Scroll to the Camera icon in the list and tap it. Tap on the force close button and then tap on the clear cache data button. It will delete all the cache files, your pictures will be safe, so don’t worry. Now restart the phone and see if camera is working again. If not, move to the next step.

2. Factory reset your phone
Resetting your phone to the factory settings will delete all the data and files on your phone, so make sure you take a backup before you start this process. After taking the full backup of the phone, go to settings>accounts and tap on Factory reset. Select delete all to fix the camera issue. If camera is still not working, then you can try the following method.

3. Wipe cache partition
Hold the power, home and volume up buttons at the same time until your phone starts to vibrate. Once your phone vibrates, release the power key but keep on holding the home and volume up buttons. This will take you to the Android system recovery mode. Select wipe cache partition from the list using volume down button and press power key to select it. After the process is completed, let your phone boot up normally.

In most cases, this warning goes away with one of these methods, but if it still has not solved for your phone, you should take it to a service center.
